Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon is known for its boundary-pushing sour and wild ales, and its creative and flavorful offerings, while Arrowood Farms in Accord uses ingredients grown onsite for their sustainably-minded farm brewery. Hudson Ale Works in Highland is a small, family-owned brewery with a welcoming atmosphere and rotating selection of craft beers. And Hudson Brewing Company, tucked away in the city of Hudson, offers a laid-back vibe and a range of unique and flavorful beers.
