The Third Annual Heart of Midtown
A free annual mental health, music and street festival organized by Rewind Kingston and the Flood family in loving memory of Cassidy Flood, who passed away at 19 years old in 2020 after years of struggling with her mental health.
With two stages of live music, over 15 musicians, numerous organizations providing resources, and free wellness activities and art workshops, this event will create a supportive atmosphere for young people in Kingston and offer a day full of community music, and mental health awareness.
As a part of their Go All In for Mental Health Music campaign, the goal of the festival is to raise awareness of the mental health crisis impacting our youth and to build a strong supportive community. The event will provide an opportunity to share resources and services available locally while engaging our youth through music and activities.
