SUMMARY:The Third Annual Heart of Midtown
DESCRIPTION:A free annual mental health\, music and street festival organiz
 ed by Rewind Kingston and the Flood family in loving memory of Cassidy Flo
 od\, who passed away at 19 years old in 2020 after years of struggling wit
 h her mental health. \n\nWith two stages of live music\, over 15 musicians
 \, numerous organizations providing resources\, and free wellness activiti
 es and art workshops\, this event will create a supportive atmosphere for 
 young people in Kingston and offer a day full of community music\, and men
 tal health awareness.\n\n\nAs a part of their Go All In for Mental Health 
 Music campaign\, the goal of the festival is to raise awareness of the men
 tal health crisis impacting our youth and to build a strong supportive com
 munity. The event will provide an opportunity to share resources and servi
 ces available locally while engaging our youth through music and activitie
 s.\n\n\n
