Infant Developmental Movement Classes
This 4-week series offers a supportive space for caregivers to slow down and observe the miraculous unfolding of their baby’s development. Drawing on the principles of Body-Mind Centering® and Occupational Therapy, we will look closely at the movement patterns and small skills that make up baby’s developmental “milestones” and the neurological foundations that support lifelong growth.
Through gentle touch and guided play, we will explore how infants begin to perceive and move into their world. Parents learn practical handling tools to help your baby navigate common early challenges—from improving digestion and sleep to finding ease in tummy time—and to support optimal movement progression. Emily meets each child’s developmental moment and natural curiosity in hands-on facilitation, within a playful environment where both baby and grown-up can bond and thrive.
