The Art of Living-Part 1 course teaches SKY—a powerful rhythmic breathing technique that harmonizes the body-mind complex. It dramatically lowers stress levels, improves mental clarity, enhances emotional well-being, contributes to better sleep, raises energy levels, and provides a greater sense of inner peace. The physical benefits include boosting immunity, heart health, and more.
The course take place over three days with a session 3 hours per day (Friday 6:30 to 9:30pm Sat and Sun 10:00-1:00pm). It is essential that you attend all three sessions to experience the full benefit of the SKY Breath technique. Even if you have never meditated before you will experience the deepest rest and relaxation. You will learn a simple toolkit to help navigate life joyful with a sense of inner ease.
