Our featured performer for April is Cole Solis Jativa:
Cole Solis Jativa is an Ecuadorian interdisciplinary artist with a specialization in printmaking and poetry. Currently she is pursuing an MFA in Printmaking. Environmentally conscious and sustainably focused, Cole embraces the dance between poetry and visuals. Her latest work, “Sheathed by the Wing of an Albatross,” a limited edition of six 9-print, 9-poem artist book, deconstructs the psychological turmoil found in children of immigrated individuals, like herself, through storytelling. She has had her poetry published in several literary journals and magazines.
White Noise is a series of open mics created for artistic expression of all forms and welcomes performers of all kinds! We work to create and hold a space for creativity and can accommodate any and all projects of the imagination.
