Writing Workshop – Led by poet Robyn Hager
Looking to share your creative writing and receive feedback from fellow writers? Looking for a workshop that caters to your needs and brings your new or unfinished work to life?
Led by poet Robyn Hager, this creative writing workshop will help participants come up with original ideas for their writing and progress each week by assessing the needs of those attending to see how to provide the most accessible and productive workshop space.
Robyn is also the host of White Noise, a Kingston-based monthly performance and open mic event, and a journalist for the Kingston Wire and Shawangunk Journal. She received her Masters in Creative Writing from SUNY New Paltz and published her first poetry collection in 2019. She has since had poems published in small presses across the US and Europe.
Sharing writing, whether personal or fictional, is an essential part of the workshopping experience. We encourage new and seasoned writers to use this workshop as a way to gather new perspectives and approaches to their craft and work towards full-length collections, individual submissions for publication, or performance-ready pieces.
There are no requirements to join this free workshop, though we ask you to fill out the Google Form linked below to register to gauge experience and needs coming in. LINK HERE
