Join us for a Whole Body Mobility Movement Workshop at Cornell Creative Arts Center! Starting Tuesdays from September 10th through October 29th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in our dance studio. A class aimed at producing a gentle increase in range of motion, release of tension, comfort and more efficiency in movement. Designed to have a cumulative and lasting effect. Polishing and shining the body from the inside out with help from a great playlist and the discovery of new sensory pathways.
