Kingston Social celebrates HALLOWEEN in Uptown Kingston with a Photo Booth co-sponsored by Ulster Savings to capture those cute costumes for posterity! Kids in costume may be registered for free to win a toy or a gift card! Trick-or-treating starts at Kington Social, located at 237 Fair Street, between 3:30 and 5:30pm on October 31. Pick up a passport with a map of participating Uptown businesses where kids can get candy and a sticker for their passport! In partnership with the Kingston Uptown Business Association (KUBA).
