Heart of Midtown will be an inspiring day filled with live music from artists, free art and personal development workshops, trauma-informed yoga and meditation, pickleball demos and lessons, a dunk tank, free zines, and many other activities to engage young people in our community. We will be giving away free self care kits to the first 300 people.
The Go All In for Mental Health campaign is in loving memory of our 19 year old sister/daughter Cassidy, who lost her mental health battle in 2020. Your presence at the festival will have a direct and immediate impact on our local young people like my sister Cassidy. We believe it’s critical to create a supportive community for our young people, to let them know they are not alone in their struggle and what mental health programs exist locally before a crisis.

On behalf of the 1 in 5 Americans experiencing mental health issues, thank you for being a part of making a difference and we hope to see you at Heart of Midtown! Learn more at http://www.rewindkingston.com or our instagram: @rewindkingston!
