Solar Eclipse Sound Bath and Meditation

Join us for a special Solar Eclipse Sound and Meditation Journey on Monday, April 8th beginning at 3pm in the Radio Kingston green space at 693 Broadway. Hosts Theresa, Micah and Shawn will be offering a sound journey up through the peak of the eclipse at 3:25 with a meditation to follow. The traditions around a solar eclipse are many, from staying indoors, to meditating or chanting, to going outside and making a lot of noise to scare away what was eating the sun! Let’s come together in community to witness this special celestial happening together. Theresa will be broadcasting live from the greenspace from 1-3pm so please come early to be a part of the “Eclipse Show” and share on air what the Eclipse means to you. Bring your own chair, blanket or supportive tools. Eclipse glasses will be provided by Radio Kingston!
