Perennial

‘Perennial is a new voice ensemble with songs arranged and directed by Debbie Lan. Their repertoire includes songs by Rising Appalachia, Mike Scott, Ma Muse, Judie Tzuke and Van Morrison amongst others.

Perennial is Deb Murphy, Robyn Gullickson, Lorrie Coffey, Carine Elen, Pat Hoffstatter, Mary Beth Collier, Nina Aledort, Cathy Law and Susan Wile.’

The Resisterhood Community Choir sings at local events and venues. Led by Michele Zipp and directed by Debbie Lan, the Resisterhood has performed at New Paltz Pride, WaterStreet Market 4th Fridays, Elting Memorial Library Fair and The Muse, amongst other venues. Their repertoire is built on original arrangements of uplifting songs by Patti Smith, The Highwomen, Matisyahu, songs of resistance from the civil rights and labor movements amongst others.
