10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Welcome & Introduction
10:45 AM – 11:15 AM: Meditation & Creation with Audrey Brand
Description: Each class includes a brief discussion around a mindfulness topic such as embodied presence, gratitude, compassion, and connecting with nature, followed by a guided meditation and free creation time in the art studio with suggested inspiration. You will get to keep the artwork you created mindfully, as well as have the opportunity to ask questions.
11:15 AM – 11:45 AM: Bellydance with Barushka
Description: Come learn the beautiful and feminine art of Belly Dance! This beginner to intermediate workshop will explore the techniques of traditional movements of Belly Dance and incorporate different fusion Belly Dance styles. Using choreography and improvisational techniques we will explore specifically structured moves such as figure eights, undulations, shimmies, hip, chest and torso movements and isolations. We will also work on traditional and fusion combos with some basic layering along with some fun short choreography.

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Whole Body Mobility with Jerylann Werner
Description: Come ignite your fitness level and body awareness in this one hour whole body mobility and core strength class with an invigorating and soothing playlist.
