Saturday, 10/12 @ 7PM – 10PM: Screening, “Iroquois Power for the 21st Century”

Arts Society of Kingston (ASK) is pleased to welcome the Woodstock Museum on Saturday, October 12, 2024 for a film screening of “Iroquois Power for the 21st Century.”  Producers, Shelli Lipton and Nathan Koenig, will be present to engage with the audience, answer questions, and serve vegetarian cuisine. Donations accepted. Doors open at 6:30PM.

Sunday 10/13 @ 1:30 PM: Red Feathers Drummers Event

Through Native American drumming, dance, song and storytelling, the Red Feather Drummers will teach about Native American traditions and lore. Grandmother Judith Laughing Owl, Susan Singing Rain, and Deborah Leaping Fawn, members of the Association of Native Americans of the Hudson Valley, demonstrate, teach and lead participants through an immersive experience of Native American culture.

Free and open to the public, the program is from 1:30 –2:30 PM on Sunday October 18.
