The festivities starts with the MyKingstonKids Halloween Parade leaving Kingston Plaza near Hannaford Supermarket and will end at the Kingston YMCA on Broadway. All community organizations, businesses, churches, individuals, groups and residents are welcome. Vehicles, walkers and bands are encouraged!!
