Money Metamorphosis: A Therapeutic Journey to Peace of Mind With Money
Are you looking to transform your relationship with money? Imagine a space dedicated to resolving financial hangups, talking honestly about the problems of money in our society, connecting with others, clarifying personal objectives, and feeling empowered to fully embrace our gifts.
We’d love for you to join our 3-session program, where we will explore the practical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of money. Our goal? To cultivate a deeper sense of contentment and “enoughness.”
Session 1 (Feb 8): Deconstructing Money Myths – Uncover the stories that we tell ourselves and cultivate compassion towards our relationships with money.
Session 2 (Feb 15): Financial Barriers and Relief – Identify what holds us back financially and explore strategies for finding peace of mind.
Session 3 (Feb 22): Envisioning Beyond Monetary Limits – Determine ways to reduce financial constraints and chart a course to living more in our gifts.
Why Jeff?
Before becoming a transpersonal mental health counselor, I spent over a decade becoming a money expert. I got a master’s in economics at Columbia University and finished with a huge pile of student loan debt. My own financial anxiety led me to get obsessed with money, personally and professionally. I climbed the corporate ladder and rose to the rank of senior economist and executive director at J.P. Morgan. I advised investors and ultra wealthy clients and was regularly quoted in the financial news with my thoughts on markets and the economy. I also got to observe the worship of money. I saw how it changed people and changed me. My introspection and personal work ultimately led me to work through many of my own money hangups, much of them from childhood, and set course on a different vocational path. With this offering, I am excited to bring together my personal experience with money and my deep commitments to healing and transformation.
