Make your own Hologram Workshop at the HoloCenter

Join us for a unique experience at the HoloCenter from 10 am – 2 pm each Sunday and enter the realm of creative holographic images.

In this workshop, you will first experience a tour of our current exhibition of holographic art, listen to a lecture about the history of Holography as a Fine Art form, and then create a composition that you will use to make your first hologram.

Each student will then take turns shooting a hologram of their composition with our green diode laser using a new photopolymer material that does not require processing with chemicals. You will see the holographic image build up as it is exposed to the laser light. All students will take home their composition and their hologram made from it.

Workshop Fee is $100 + $20 materials fee.
