Make Marbled Paper

In this workshop, we will make marbled papers using acrylic paints. Paint is floated on thickened water or “size,” manipulated with tools to create the signature swirly patterns, and then pre-treated papers are “printed” by gently placing them on the surface of the water to pick up the paint. It’s all about the liminal space on the liquid’s surface and can be quite meditative! All materials provided.
