Kingston IFS Parts Practice Group

Join us for twice-monthly gatherings at The Asterisk in Kingston! Explore Internal Family Systems (IFS) and deepen your relationship with your inner world promoting healing and increased well-being. IFS is a transformative model that fosters intimacy with your parts and is rooted in the belief that every person possesses the innate capacity to heal, grow, and love. This group is open to all, from those new to IFS to seasoned practitioners.

Location: The Asterisk in Kingston

When: Six sessions, every other Thursday, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM starting January 9th
