Jay Collins was Gregg Allman’s sax player for years, as well as playing and arranging on 2 Grammy-winning albums with the Levon Helm Band (and now with the Helm Family Band), toured with Little Feat, and also with Donald Fagen, Micheal McDonald and Boz Scaggs in the Dukes of September band. His Jazz creds are well-established from stints and albums with Jacky Terrasson,
Andrew Hill, Bobby Sanabria, and LeRoy Vinnegar to name just a few.
