Class to Glass Mentorship Program is an in-person educational program geared exclusively toward hospitality professionals ranging from bartenders and servers to managers & operators. Making great proper, balanced cocktails is not enough & there is so much information & knowledge out there that is missing from so many people’s programs.

At Class To Glass we combine theory & practical application so each meeting is part lecture delving into topics such as spirits history & production methods and tackling cocktail builds, their respective histories & best practices. This is not bartender “training” but rather a rounded educational platform which seeks to raise the bar for everyone.

Aside from the cocktail side of things, we delve into much more challenging topics like entrepreneurship, public speaking, mental health and wellness as well as diversity in the workplace & much more.
