An Experience of Wellness Fundraiser

Join us on Saturday June 15, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm for an energizing yoga class followed by a sound bath that moves us into relaxation as you support a good cause! Roula’s Kids provides trauma-informed, child-friendly grief support for children and families in the Hudson Valley through expressive art, play, and physical activity at NO COST.

Refreshments will be provided BY FIRST CAPITAL POKE & HANNAFORD. Please bring your yoga mat and an intention for your practice.
