Rhinebeck Repair Cafe

Get your “broken but beloved” stuff fixed FREE! by one of our volunteer Repair Coaches. People bring all kinds of things to the Repair Cafe to be fixed: clocks, chairs, jewelry, digital devices and computers, wooden accessories, ceramics, lamps, vacuum cleaners, small electrical appliacnes, clothing and others textiles. Available in May at the Rhinebeck location will be welding and metal repairs, as well as mower blade sharpening and balancing (participants are encouraged to contribute to fuel and material expenses). Also in May: A representative from Cornell Cooperative Extension will provide information on energy-saving strategies and on how to apply for New York State energy-efficiency and energy-assistance programs
