Comida y tierra – Saberes Que Sanan / Knowledge That Heals
Comida y tierra: Knowledge That Heals – A talk on ancestral care for difficult times
Maya Q’eqchi’ interpretation, special guests, music, self-care gifts, and more!
This is a space dedicated to women, woman-identified people, and our allies.
How do we sustain ourselves when times are heavy? We look to the plants, our cultures, and each other. We are gathering to share ancestral knowledge that heals, featuring Indigenous facilitators, Maya Q’eqchi’ and English interpretation, live music, and nourishing foods.
Whether you are seeking a moment of peace, a deeper connection to plant medicine, or community support, there is a seat for you at this circle.
