The Snyder Estate
The Century House Historical Society maintains the Snyder Estate, Rosendale Cement Museum, and Widow Jane Mine in Rosendale, NY, with the mission of preserving and presenting the history and influence of the industries of the Rosendale Cement District, and post-cement Rosendale.
Hours:
The Snyder Estate is open from 10 am – 4 pm every day, for self guided tours, unless there’s an event or rented out.
The Cement Museum and A.J. Snyder II carriage collection are open from 1-4pm on Sundays from Mother’s Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend, and on request.
