We are a semi-private personal training gym. The core of our program is an athletic based strength and conditioning specifically for people who have never used free weights before. Our training programs are designed to give active adults the strength and flexibility to do the things they love while reducing injuries.
Training groups have up to 3/4 people always coached by trainer in order to ensure you get the attention you need to perform exercises correctly and safely.
Our strength programs are supplemented by additional group classes to help you with your specific goals of fat loss, gaining muscle, improving endurance and increasing flexibility.
