Joanna Rush, Writer and Actress Appearance on Kingston Happenings Radio Show

Joanna Rush will be in town to perform her one-woman show, “No Malarkey!” this Thursday evening at the A.S.K. theater on the Rondout in downtown Kingston.  Host of the Kingston Happenings’ Radio Show, Kevin Godbey, talked with her about the upcoming show and her long and fascinating history in show business that includes dancing with the Rockettes, performing in the musical A Chorus Line, and appearing in numerous movies and TV shows.

Joanna’s work focuses on the social issues of our time utilizing humor to disarm people to the degree that rational dialog might be enabled.  “No Malarkey” deals with ageism and is in defense of the criticism that our President receives from her own perspective of being the same age and other remarkable similarities.
