According to local legend, the last to die before the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve, must drive the carriage who pick up the souls of those who die for the coming year. This year it’s local oaf David Holm – and he deserves it. However, David is shown the error of his ways. Will he repent, or is he doomed to drive “The Phantom Carriage”.
