‘The Backburners’ In The Garden

Whether tearing up a swamp-stomping barn-burner, gently delivering a folk ballad or sailing seas of telepathic group interplay, the Backburners are a formidable, veteran musical collective steeped in the ethic of teamwork, spontaneity and fine musicianship. Soulful, rootsy originals and covers from outlaw country to classic rock and psychedelia, the fruits of many years playing together and a shared appreciation for the traditional as well as the experimental can be heard in the Backburners’ music.

The Backburners return to the Colony with their usual jammy song circle approach to electric Americana. This line up includes – Manuel Quintana on drums, Ross Rice on keyboards Kyle Esposito on Guitar along with special guests Peter Dougan on guitar and Tom Bowler on bass!
