Join us in this 5-week workshop where Dilara will guide students on how to turn their artwork into a four-color reduction relief print. Reduction relief printing is a method of printmaking where you use the same matrix to carve all the color layers of your design. This method is excellent for those who want to learn how to register multiple color layers on their prints without needing multiple different blocks. Students will work reductively on their linoleum block and learn to separate and layer their colors to register onto their prints. This class is open to all levels of experience!
