Restaurant Kinsley’s Chef Collaboration Dinner Series welcomes Chef Ryan Mousseau of Deer’s Head Inn in Elizabethtown, NY. Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Mousseau combines the bold flavors of his Southern upbringing with a commitment to seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The dinner menu will showcase menu items including Pickled Zucchini Tempura with Italian Chili Crisp, Bucatini with Tahini Cacio e Pepe, Spinach Agnolotti in Dutch Knuckle Brodo, Spring Panzanella with Smoked Ramp Ricotta, and desserts like Smoked Licorice and Lemon Curd Tiramisu, alongside many more offerings.
