One Day Workshop – Upcycle your Wardrobe: Mending with Printmaking! (NPS)

Wishing to customize your wardrobe with your own unique style? Explore the world of block printing on fabric in this one day workshop! We will be carving and printing our own designs. These blocks can be printed directly onto your old threads or onto patches which can be sewn onto any garment.

Think pattern repeats or imagery, with thread used as mark making to enhance your designs. These can be used as a mending element or as an embellishment.We will provide all of the materials needed, including blocks, access to carving materials, fabric inks, embroidery threads and scraps.

Bring in some thrifted finds or worn out garments that we will reimagine to become your new go to favorites!

Parking: Please park on either Iwo Jima Lane or Cedar Street. Parking that is located in front of the Neighborhood Print Studio are for residents living in the Pajama Factory.
