National Health Care Decisions Day: What is an Advanced Directive?

In celebration of National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16, Circle of Friends for the Dying (CFD) will host an informative session to help Ulster County residents make informed healthcare decisions. This workshop, part of the “Peace of Mind for Life” program, provides essential resources for completing Advance Directives, including Health Care Proxy and Living Will documents.
