Mindful Doodling for Teens
Spring Break Teen Program for 13 years of age and up. Looking for something fun to do during break? Come to the library!
Focus on the act of drawing or making marks on paper, let go of expectations and judgments, and pay attention to the present moment and the sensations of drawing. Mindful doodling can be used as a tool for stress reduction, creativity, and self-expression.
