Midtown Make a Difference Day Returns Friday, July 17th 2026 Theme: “20 Years Strong”
The community is invited to the return of Midtown Make a Difference Day, happening Friday, July 17th, 2026 from 4:00–7:00pm on Franklin Street in Midtown Kingston. Celebrating 20 years, this year’s theme, “20 YEARS STRONG,” celebrates the strength, connection, and resilience of the Kingston community.
This free, family-friendly event offers an afternoon of celebration, resources, and connection. More than 45 local organizations will be tabling at the event, offering activities for all ages and sharing resources related to health, education, employment, recreation, and more.
Jessieca McNabb, comedian and community organizer, will host the event. DJ Marvin Campbell will keep the energy high with music throughout the afternoon. My Kingston Kids will have special amplified programming for youth.
Midtown Make a Difference Day is presented in collaboration with Family of Woodstock, Inc., the City of Kingston, and Radio Kingston. Attendees can enjoy free food, entertainment, and hands-on activities in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Franklin Street will be closed from Broadway to Prospect Street for the duration of the event. On-street parking will not be available.
