Harvest and Charcuterie Board Workshop
Join Kingston-based chef and food stylist Fríða Kristinsdóttir.
This hands-on workshop will guide you through the art of crafting a beautiful and delicious “harvest” board. Go beyond the basic meat and cheese plate and learn to build a board that highlights the bounty of the Hudson Valley. Learn the essentials of food selection, meat and cheese styling, how to prep vegetables and fruit for variety and visual interest, plus plenty of expert tips to elevate your presentation.
This program is for teens and adults. Space is limited and registration is required.
Important note: Library events are free to attend, but they are not free for us to host. When you register, we reserve a spot and resources for you. If you register but do not attend without canceling in advance, you will be prohibited from registering for events for three months.
