Fermentation Festival 2026

Join us for the 2026 Hudson Valley Fermentation Festival, where you can explore a lively outdoor tasting market, packed with local producers of fermented food and beverages. From sour pickles and indulgent cheeses to chocolate, cider and wine, discover and celebrate the diversity and gut-goodness of fermented creations! We’ll have live music all day, and we’ll be serving up wood-fired pizza, burgers and BBQ in our pavilion.
