Banjo Weekend at the Ashokan Center

Our world-class teaching staff Abigail Washburn, Joe Newberry, Ned Luberecki, Peter Davis, Mike Merenda, Ruth Ungar Merenda and camp host Scott Hopkins can’t wait to share new tunes & techniques, help tackle your banjo questions, and inspire loads of musical fun!
Dive in to daytime classes, evening jam sessions, and an inspiring opening-night staff concert. Whether you’re into Bluegrass or Clawhammer (or both!) and whether you’re an advanced player or just getting started, you won’t want to miss this good-time get together with friends old and new at Ashokan, a stunningly beautiful location.
