The ACME company manufactures everything Looney Tunes characters need. In Acme labs toons are vivisected during the product testing, ostensibly to perfect them for human use. Scientist Peter Lorre protests and is “disappeared” by the company through a portable hole.

After enduring years of malfunctioning products, Wile E. Coyote teams up with an attorney to sue ACME. Tweety is an unwilling villain, and hides psychopathic tendencies behind his adorable innocence. Cool Cat is an Acme test subject, Charlie Dog and Miss Prissy are jurors, Witch Hazel and Taz are in PR and even Hubie and Bertie make an appearance.
