Since our start in 1981, RUPCO has believed that everyone deserves a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home. Whether it’s constructing new affordable housing, helping a first-time homebuyer achieve homeownership, providing supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, preserving affordable apartments for seniors, or assisting homeowners with critical repairs, we meet people where they are and connect them with the resources they need to thrive.

As our agency celebrates 45 Years of Neighbors Helping Neighbors, we, once again, want to shine a spotlight on the real voices of residents, families, and community members whose lives have been transformed by safe, affordable housing.
