Hudson Valley English Dance

Enjoy dancing in an air cooled room to traditional tunes played by local musicians Sue Polansky, Katie Jeannotte, and Stewart Dean. English Country Dances will be taught and called by Dorothy Cummings and Daniel Popowich at the Reformed Church of Port Ewen at 7:30pm, Saturday September 5th. $15 dollars at the door, $10 for full-time students. Family rates available. Come alone or bring friends. Wear comfortable shoes. Potluck refreshments will be served at the break. The workshop at 7pm is important for newcomers to better understand the vocabulary of English Country Dance. This dance is sponsored by the volunteer organization, Hudson Valley Community Dances.
