Hudson Valley English Country Dance

Come! Celebrate July 4th as the Colonists would in 1776! 

Band: Tiddly Pom: Sue Polansky, clarinet, Katie Jeannotte, piano, Stewart Dean, concertina, and other local musicians

Cost: $15, full time students $10

Inexperienced English Dancers are welcomed. Enjoy dancing in an air cooled room to traditional tunes played by local musicians Sue Polansky, Katie Jeannotte, Stewart Dean. English Country Dances will be taught and called by Orly Krasner at the Reformed Church of Port Ewen on Saturday night, July 4th. Come alone or bring friends. Wear comfortable shoes. Potluck refreshments will be served at the break. The workshop at 7pm is important for newcomers to better understand the vocabulary of English Country Dance.This dance is sponsored by the volunteer organization, Hudson Valley Community Dance.
