Free Event – Silkscreen ICE OUT of Our Communities (NPS)

Printmaking has a long standing history of being a medium of resistance and dissemination of information in the face of oppression. In the spirit of print, from 12-5pm on February 5th, come by the Neighborhood Print Studio with your own paper, shirts, bags, etc. and silkscreen our “ICE Out of Our Communities” image drawn by artist Dilara Miller. This is a FREE event, all are welcome. All day we will be printing, come by and connect with neighbors and leave with images of resistance.  The D.R.A.W Studio will also be opening its studio up from 3-5 pm for walk-ins to use the materials provided to create art and connect with other artists.
