 ndence Day Parade!! You will get to run right thru the village\, down Main
  St\, with roads closed to traffic! Just the runners and loads of spectato
 rs to cheer you on! Rats Nest Run In will provide 6 Hot Rods to be part of
  the cheering section and aid stations every half mile! Participants and t
 heir families are invited to a FREE VIP Party with a front row view of the
  parade! Full Independence Day BBQ! Free to all participants!!! Free Tshir
 ts and American Flags to all Runners!!! We will start and finish at the Se
 nior Center in Saugerties\, with inside seating and a tent for the BBQ!
