DESCRIPTION:Experience Walkway Over the Hudson like never before at Walkway
  at Night\, when the sun sets and the Hudson Valley begins to glow. From 2
 12 feet above the river\, take in breathtaking views as the moon rises ove
 rhead and the lights of Poughkeepsie and Highland shimmer in the distance.
  There’s truly nothing like a twilight stroll across the World’s Longe
 st Elevated Pedestrian Bridge.\nWeather permitting\, our friends from the 
 Mid-Hudson Astronomical Association will join us on the bridge with telesc
 opes\, offering a closer look at the night sky and the celestial wonders a
 bove.\nWalkway members attend free. Non-members may purchase tickets for $
 5 in advance or at the gate. Children 12 and under are free. Pre-registrat
 ion is encouraged to shorten your wait at the gate.\nReserve your ticket f
 or entry at walkwayatnight.givesmart.com.\nFriends of the Walkway is a no
 nprofit partner of New York State Parks. All proceeds and additional donat
 ions from Walkway At Night directly support our mission to connect communi
 ties and enhance the Walkway experience for all through engaging programs\
 , special events\, and ongoing improvements.\nWalkway members have been em
