DESCRIPTION:The Volunteer Firemen's Hall and Museum of Kingston is known lo
 cally as "a little gem of a museum." The museum was organized on January 1
 8\, 1980\, and opened its doors to the public on April 2\, 1982\, at the W
 iltwyck Fire Station. You are invited to explore our museum exhibits that 
 include a working fire alarm system\, an 1845 piano hand pumper\, two para
 de hose carriages\, a 1934 Sanford Cub Fire Engine\, a 1956 American LaFra
 nce Fire Engine\, and an extensive collection of fire convention badges da
 ting back to the 1800s\, and much\, much more.
