DESCRIPTION:The UCRRA Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Events are
  an environmentally-sound and convenient way for Ulster County residents t
 o dispose of hazardous materials. This program is offered at no cost to Ul
 ster County residents. All participants must pre-register before the event
  and comply with all program rules.\nAll attendees are responsible for und
 erstanding the program rules and the list of accepted and unauthorized was
 te. Review this information and compare with your items very carefully. Co
 ntact the Agency with any questionable items\, specific questions\, or if 
 you have unknown or unlabeled waste. We reserve the right to turn away per
 sons who do not comply with the program rules.\nRules:Ulster County Reside
