Hearty Winter Vegetable Soup Tasting
Did you know that studies have shown that dining on soup is more filling and satisfying than eating and drinking the exact ingredients separately? It’s still soup season — these days are pretty chilly! At this meeting of the Turning the Tables cookbook club, which meets the first Friday of the month, we’ll be tasting a hearty winter vegetable soup. It’s easy to make a great soup of whatever is in your larder if you learn a few basics! I’d love your feedback about the soup and the recipe.
