A lifelong resident of Poughkeepsie, author Jodé Millman discusses her third thriller inspired by true crime events in the Hudson Valley. The Empty Kayak is the third title in the award winning “Queens City Crimes” series following Hooker Avenue and The Midnight Call. Join us as Jodé discusses her research of the Hudson River, what makes this river a nearly impossible crime scene to analyze, and how details of the true crime influenced her writing.
