Summer SoundWaves: an outdoor chillness experience

Summer SoundWaves is a unique, hybrid nightlife event of music, wellness, and energy-healing – outdoors, under the stars! Program opens with a history of, and instruction in, the ancient, “heart opening” cacao ceremony, followed by a soothing, guided meditation. Then you’ll lie down on the grass for an immersive, transformative sound bath that will deeply relax and rejuvenate your body and spirit. We’ll close with a chillness happy hour of music, socializing, and local beverages and refreshments by suggested donation. Featuring product by Bashakill Vineyards of Wurtsburo, NY and Kingston’s boutique baker, Stayspacey.com. Hosted by Crimson-Catskills, a Hudson-Valley & Catskills lifestyle design co. Tickets available online in advance, or by cash or credit card on day-of event. Rain date is Saturday, August 26, same time. Please bring a blanket, and pillow if you like. Extra blankets available onsite for $3.00.
